Wateen & Bytesense Gaming Solution...Not really!

I saw this discussion on one of the really good discussion and news sites (http://greenwhite.org/2008/02/09/bytesense-launching-game-provisioning-product-ziyro-with-wateen/), about Wateen and Bytesense coming together with a multiplayer gaming application. Well, now the post or news goes back to early 2008 and when I contacted my friends in Wateen, I was in for a surprise.
I seems that right after all that publicity, Bytesense no longer is working for Wateen on the multiplayer gaming solution. From what I heard, don't know what actually went on, Bytesense contract was terminated by Wateen becuase they took the same gaming client and gave demo to LDN for a proposed gaming solution. Now thats like trying to pull a fast one. As far as I know, normally all the contracts, no matter with whom, there is always a confidentiality clause in the contract. If either party, specially the one developing the solution or software breaches that clause then its termination of contract.
Well, its all so ironic that Bytesense does not even have a proper website of their own explaining their products and services. I tried accessing their site (as mentioned on greewhite) and all it says is "HTTP 404 Not Found". What was Wateen thinking? I just hope they selected some better company than this one.
